The Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting public-private partnership as an alternative means for improving public services in Quebec.

Principles

• To promote partnerships that are beneficial for the public
• To intervene in an objective manner with public organizations
• To promote technological innovation and sustainable economic development

• To make public and private decision-makers and the general public aware of the benefits of public-private partnership (PPP)
• To develop and propose frames of reference to facilitate the development of PPPs in Quebec
• To identify PPP experiences and make them known throughout the world

• To organize thematic conferences and meetings on partnership
• To make presentations to government decision-makers
• To distribute information to its members and the general public
